Conform\u00e9ment aux orientations souveraines de la V\u1d49 R\u00e9publique, l&#8217;ex\u00e9cutif r\u00e9affirme sa volont\u00e9 ferme de rompre avec le sch\u00e9ma d&#8217;exportation brute pour imposer le traitement industriel du minerai sur le sol national.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette ambition cardinale vise \u00e0 d\u00e9cupler la valeur ajout\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e localement et \u00e0 optimiser la contribution des ressources extractives \u00e0 la richesse nationale. Les retomb\u00e9es attendues s&#8217;articulent autour de la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;emplois qualifi\u00e9s pour la jeunesse, la mise en place de fili\u00e8res de formation technique adapt\u00e9es et la multiplication des d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s pour le tissu de PME locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La concr\u00e9tisation op\u00e9rationnelle de ce virage industriel exige toutefois la lev\u00e9e de verrous structurels majeurs, notamment la fourniture continue d&#8217;une \u00e9nergie comp\u00e9titive, l&#8217;optimisation des cha\u00eenes logistiques et l&#8217;instauration d&#8217;un suivi administratif rigoureux des investissements.
