Cette rencontre a rassembl\u00e9 de nombreux professionnels de sant\u00e9 autour d\u2019une pr\u00e9occupation commune : l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail et la r\u00e9gularisation de la situation administrative des agents du secteur.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les trois&nbsp; gros points de revendication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Situation administrative bloqu\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retards dans int\u00e9grations, reclassements, avancements, et dossiers en attente. Pour le syndicat, \u00e7a p\u00e8se directement sur le moral et l\u2019engagement des agents.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. \u00c9tat des lieux du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Manque de personnel dans plusieurs structures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Insuffisance d\u2019\u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Conditions de travail difficiles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;&#8211; D\u00e9ficit de formation continue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Lenteurs administratives r\u00e9currentes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Le SUS-GAprivil\u00e9gie la concertation et le dialogue social avec le gouvernement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les partenaires sociaux demandent au gouvernement d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les r\u00e9formes, surtout sur la gestion des ressources humaines, pour &#8220;restaurer la confiance&#8221; et &#8220;renforcer les performances&#8221; du syst\u00e8me.une meilleure reconnaissance du personnel soignant \u00e9gale un meilleur acc\u00e8s aux soins pour toute la population.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En conclusion, Le SUS-GA tire la sonnette d\u2019alarme 1 an apr\u00e8s le changement de gouvernance.
