Cette r\u00e9forme&nbsp; intervient dans un contexte de fortes contraintes budg\u00e9taires, marqu\u00e9 par une r\u00e9duction du budget de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mobiliser de nouvelles ressources, le gouvernement entend \u00e9galement orienter les comportements de consommation en ciblant prioritairement les produits import\u00e9s et ceux jug\u00e9s les plus nocifs pour la sant\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les consommateurs, cette r\u00e9forme devrait se traduire par une augmentation des prix dans les commerces. Le dispositif repose sur une double imposition qui combine le taux ad valorem et la taxe sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img width=\"1024\" height=\"576\"  alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-218\"\/ loading=\"eager\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0876-1024x576.jpeg\" srcset=\"https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0876-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0876-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0876-768x432.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0876.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cette architecture fiscale, les cigarettes, cigares, cigarillos, produits de chicha et cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques seront d\u00e9sormais impos\u00e9s \u00e0 35 %, tandis que la taxe sp\u00e9cifique passera de 300 \u00e0 450 francs CFA par paquet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les autorit\u00e9s, cette hausse r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 un imp\u00e9ratif de recettes et \u00e0 un objectif de sant\u00e9 publique.
