Pour l\u2019homme politique et \u00e9conomiste chevronn\u00e9, ces institutions sont des leviers strat\u00e9gique pour l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique du continent, \u00e0 condition que les \u00c9tats, les banques et les entreprises acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent leur adaptation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019Afrique est \u00e0 un tournant. Trop longtemps, nos \u00e9conomies ont commer\u00e7\u00e9 davantage avec l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur qu\u2019entre elles. Ce choix a frein\u00e9 notre industrialisation, nos emplois et notre souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ZLECAF change la donne. Mais une zone de libre-\u00e9change ne vaut que si les \u00e9changes sont simples, rapides et peu co\u00fbteux. C\u2019est tout l\u2019enjeu du Syst\u00e8me panafricain de paiement et de r\u00e8glement PAPSS, d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 dans la CEMAC sous l\u2019impulsion de la BEAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"  alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-268\"\/ loading=\"eager\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0926-1-1024x683.jpeg\" srcset=\"https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0926-1-1024x683.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0926-1-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0926-1-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0926-1.jpeg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est une avanc\u00e9e majeure. Jusqu\u2019ici, un commer\u00e7ant gabonais qui payait un fournisseur camerounais ou congolais passait souvent par une banque correspondante hors d\u2019Afrique. R\u00e9sultat : des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s, des d\u00e9lais longs et une d\u00e9pendance inutile aux devises \u00e9trang\u00e8res. Avec le PAPSS, les paiements peuvent se faire directement en monnaies locales, plus vite, \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt et avec plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la CEEAC, c\u2019est un levier puissant d\u2019int\u00e9gration. Nos \u00e9changes intracommunautaires restent trop faibles. Ils ne progresseront pas sans une circulation fluide des paiements. La libre circulation des biens doit aller avec celle des r\u00e8glements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la CEMAC, le PAPSS est un outil de modernisation financi\u00e8re. Il renforce la BEAC, am\u00e9liore la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises, r\u00e9duit les co\u00fbts de transaction et soutient la construction d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable march\u00e9 r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Gabon a tout \u00e0 gagner. Le pays dispose d\u2019infrastructures portuaires solides, d\u2019un secteur bancaire structur\u00e9 et d\u2019une position strat\u00e9gique en Afrique centrale. Il peut devenir une plateforme r\u00e9gionale du commerce, de la logistique, des services financiers et de la transformation industrielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img width=\"1024\" height=\"536\"  alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-269\"\/ loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0927-1-1024x536.webp\" srcset=\"https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0927-1-1024x536.webp 1024w, https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0927-1-300x157.webp 300w, https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0927-1-768x402.webp 768w, https:\/\/legrandreporter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_0927-1.webp 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais cela exige une action claire. Les entreprises gabonaises doivent \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9es. Les banques commerciales doivent int\u00e9grer rapidement le syst\u00e8me. Les administrations doivent simplifier les proc\u00e9dures. Et la politique industrielle doit soutenir la production locale pour exporter davantage de produits transform\u00e9s vers les march\u00e9s africains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La refondation engag\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s ne peut pas \u00eatre seulement institutionnelle. Elle doit \u00eatre \u00e9conomique. L\u2019enjeu est simple : faire du march\u00e9 africain notre premier espace d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ZLECAF ouvre les fronti\u00e8res commerciales. Le PAPSS fait tomber les barri\u00e8res mon\u00e9taires. Ensemble, ils dessinent une Afrique plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, plus comp\u00e9titive et plus souveraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Gabon ne doit pas subir cette transformation.
