D\u2019ailleurs, selon une cartographie publi\u00e9e par <\/strong><strong><em>EcoMatin<\/em><\/strong><strong>, le Gabon se distingue par une politique d\u2019encadrement des prix protectrice qui lui permet de maintenir le prix \u00e0 la pompe en de\u00e7\u00e0 des 600 Francs CFA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour comprendre pourquoi dans notre pays le litre de super est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 595 FCFA, il est judicieux d\u2019appr\u00e9hender le maintien des subventions et amortissement de l\u2019inflation. \u00c0 ce jeu d\u2019\u00e9quilibre social, notre pays le Gabon s\u2019impose comme le deuxi\u00e8me pays o\u00f9 le carburant est le plus abordable parmi les 14 \u00c9tats de l\u2019espace mon\u00e9taire Franc CFA. C\u2019est un rang moins bon que le Niger qui affiche le tarif le plus bas \u00e0 499 FCFA le litre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce niveau tarifaire dans notre pays s\u2019explique par un arbitrage \u00e9conomique en place depuis des d\u00e9cennies. Il s\u2019agit du maintien d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme de subvention ou de p\u00e9r\u00e9quation des prix \u00e0 la pompe. En v\u00e9rit\u00e9, l&#8217;\u00c9tat Gabonais absorbe une partie des variations des cours internationaux. Ce qui a pour incidence directe la limitation de la r\u00e9percussion des co\u00fbts sur le secteur du transport. La pouss\u00e9e d\u2019inflation import\u00e9e sur le panier de la m\u00e9nag\u00e8re est ainsi pr\u00e9venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais sous d\u2019autres cieux la strat\u00e9gie \u00e9tatique est diff\u00e9rente et les cons\u00e9quences sont \u00e9videntes. \u00c0 la lecture de ce document, il ressort que la R\u00e9publique centrafricaine (RCA) a un prix du litre de l\u2019essence arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 1 050 FCFA. Sapristi ! Les automobilistes subissent de plein fouet l\u2019enclavement g\u00e9ographique et les surco\u00fbts logistiques. Non loin le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal avec son litre d\u2019essence fix\u00e9 \u00e0 920 FCFA et la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire avec 905 FCFA compl\u00e8tent le haut du tableau. Mais la zone Cemac n\u2019est pas en reste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, en Afrique centrale et sp\u00e9cifiquement dans la Zone Cemac, notre pays le Gabon devance nettement ses voisins. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de la Guin\u00e9e \u00c9quatoriale qui a un prix de 645 FCFA ou du Tchad avec 700 FCFA. Le Congo Brazzaville et le Cameroun suivent avec respectivement 775 FCFA et 840 FCFA le litre d\u2019essence.
