Occasion pour les partenaires sociaux de commenter les diff\u00e9rentes actualit\u00e9s en lien avec leurs secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9. \u00c0 cet effet , le SYNAMAG a clairement indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il se tiendrait au c\u00f4t\u00e9 des magistrats sanctionn\u00e9s lors du dernier conseil de discipline.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est une sortie qui n\u2019est pas pass\u00e9e inaper\u00e7ue par l\u2019opinion publique, le SYNAMAG a interpell\u00e9 les autorit\u00e9s gabonaises sur la situation de la magistrature, dans un communiqu\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par son pr\u00e9sident Landry Abaga Essono, et ce alors m\u00eame que la rentr\u00e9e judiciaire intervient dans un contexte marqu\u00e9 par des sanctions disciplinaires, le retard du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature (CSM).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une sortie qui intervient dans un climat judiciaire particuli\u00e8rement charg\u00e9 au Gabon. Le Conseil de discipline a prononc\u00e9, le 25 ao\u00fbt 2026, des sanctions \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de plusieurs magistrats, dont certains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sanctionn\u00e9s. C\u2019est le cas de l\u2019ancien le cas du Procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le Dr. Eddy Minang qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9 par le SYNAMAG.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loin de contester les d\u00e9cisions prises par le conseil de discipline et ce, apr\u00e8s les griefs faits aux magistrats sanctionn\u00e9s, notamment les manquements d\u00e9ontologiques et se dit pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00ab condamner sans complaisance \u00bb les comportements d\u00e9viants.
