L\u2019acheminement de ces \u00e9quipements industriels lourds, annonc\u00e9 aux automobilistes de la capitale, s\u2019accompagne de restrictions temporaires de circulation sur les principaux axes menant au site, en raison du gabarit hors norme des pi\u00e8ces transport\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le transport de turbines de forte puissance impose des contraintes techniques rarement banales. Convois lents, escortes, restrictions horaires, adaptation de la voirie : chaque d\u00e9placement d\u2019un tel mat\u00e9riel exige une coordination fine entre l\u2019op\u00e9rateur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, les autorit\u00e9s municipales et les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re. Le site, r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mentionn\u00e9 parmi les infrastructures cl\u00e9s du pays, contribue \u00e0 absorber la pression sur la demande dans une zone urbaine qui concentre l\u2019essentiel de la consommation nationale. Les autorit\u00e9s de la transition, arriv\u00e9es au pouvoir \u00e0 la faveur du changement de r\u00e9gime intervenu en ao\u00fbt 2023, ont fait de la r\u00e9sorption du d\u00e9ficit \u00e9lectrique une priorit\u00e9 affich\u00e9e. Le recours au thermique, plus rapide \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer que les grands ouvrages hydrauliques, permet de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 court terme \u00e0 une demande croissante. Mais il expose aussi le pays \u00e0 la volatilit\u00e9 des combustibles import\u00e9s et \u00e0 des co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Libreville doit ainsi composer avec l\u2019urgence d\u2019un r\u00e9seau \u00e0 s\u00e9curiser et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer une trajectoire \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le renforcement de la production s\u2019accompagne d\u2019un chantier tout aussi structurant sur le transport et la distribution. Sans lignes haute tension modernis\u00e9es, ni postes de transformation dimensionn\u00e9s, les nouveaux m\u00e9gawatts risqueraient de ne pas atteindre efficacement les consommateurs finaux. Les industriels, les commerces et les prestataires de services num\u00e9riques comptent parmi les premiers p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s par les coupures et par le recours co\u00fbteux aux groupes \u00e9lectrog\u00e8nes.
